Staff - Question about a SDE/DT from CALIF

His name is Curtis Weaver and he goes to a catholic HS in CALIF. IMO, he a bit raw, but is a Physical, tough kid, who has a good frame. IMO, he could either be a good SDE (Run Stopper type) or grow into a DT. If ND struggles recruiting high end at DE's (And they could), he could be a good plan B recruit at DE. Is ND looking at him?
