I receive ESPN text alerts on my smartphone and yesterday the ESPN, Jeff Goodman, report of your Kent State men's basketball team's valiant, patriotic and uniting move to stand with invited fans of another race during the playing of our national anthem was inspiring and I hope that it spreads across the country. I posted the link of this ESPN report on our Rivals forum known as Gamecock Central and all of the replies have been extremely positive and heartfelt. You all should be proud that your team has taken this initiative to bring much needed unity on this deep topic. To hell with the NFL and their players antics surrounding something of such importance to so many patriotic and even not so patriotic Americans. Good luck with your season unless you play us.
