Site Issues??

I'm scrolling through messages on my phone and I am intermittently getting switched to a
purchase app site for uber, lyft, among others. Is it rivals? Safari? Or me? I can get back to rivals by hitting the safari tab, but it is a pain in the you know where.
Any help/info would be greatly appreciated. I admit I'm no techie!
