Yeah, extolling Weis's prowess shows that you are a CFB expert.
Look at the players Weis recruited to ND. A lot of them are studs in the NFL or had NFL careers. He at least had an eye for talent. You and pee wee echo can't deny that.

Every coach since Holtz has stunk it up for the most part. Coaches can't win big at ND anymore. But Weis proved great players can still be recruited to ND.

"things have changed quite a bit in South Bend since Manti Te'o and Everett Golson led the Fighting Irish to the BCS National Championship Game following the 2012 season."

Golson? Wasn't he replaced a bunch of times by Rees that year? Oh yea, you're a family friend of his.

Matt Barkley being injured for the USC/ND game had more to do with ND being in that blowout game versus Bama than EG.

Tell ND fans something they dont already know. Did anyone email the article to Jack?

Right. Weis recruited them and Kelly developed them. Which was the better accomplishment ?

I simply do not understand it when people say that no one can win big at ND now. 12-0 in the regular season in 2012. 10-3 in 2015. It can be and has been done.
