SIAP - Staff - Edge Rusher

I am sure this topic has been covered ad nauseam....but who is expected to be the quick, hand on the ground, edge rusher that will chase down QB's. ND is going to face a lot of good QB's, I know this is what they were looking at getting from Kolin Hill. Who fills this role?
