I keep reading posters saying that we are over the 85 schollie limit and we will have to see how our schollie numbers shake out. Maybe it got lost in the shuffle but this issue went away when Golson and Bo Wallace transferred. We could, for all intents and purposes, be at 85 tomorrow if needed without having to "pull" any player's schollie. Hounshell was given a chance in spring to effectively try-out for a 5th year with no promises given and his future largely contingent on schollies opening up. Monty VanGorder was given a schollie last year based on availability but walk-on schollies have always been year to year. Luckily, in both these cases, the staff has been transparent with the respective players.
