Not sure how high he'll get drafted but he already looks more developed/polished than any QB Brian Kelly ever coached here.
Very happy with what I've seen out of him thus far.

He passes the eye test as well, it's been a long time since I've seen a Notre Dame QB look that comfortable in the pocket.75% completion percentage. 10 TDs and zero INTs. Hard to complain right now!
Go Irish!
He missed Staes on a short pass in the first half in what would have been a first down and maybe a score … but that play was available and cashed in later. Agree he did not have his best day and yet he made some great throws down the middle which our previous QBs have been reluctant to do.Nice to have that performance by the QB and I don't think he played overly well. He missed some throws, he fumbled twice and he looked shaky in the pocket early.
But he started making plays and ended up being a very good game
If he doesn’t make the NFL, he can go into baking the way he carries the ball like a loaf of bread!Nice to have that performance by the QB and I don't think he played overly well. He missed some throws, he fumbled twice and he looked shaky in the pocket early.

I hope that you’re right !Urban meyer was critical of bringing him in. But it is about more than short term winning this year. Sam raises the bar and corrects the quarterback culture at ND. That will show up in recruiting over time. The Rusty Lisch days are over at ND. I think MF is committed to OSU calibur of play at quarterback. I think the effort is there now as well.
What‘s wrong with cheerleaders ?Urban meyer should stick with under aged cheerleaders
