Lol, are you serious? Schmidt is terrible and has already quit football. He didn't even participate in the ND pro day. Pop in the tape. He had fourth string walk-on QB's shedding his weak tackling attempts this year.

Joe Schmidt played his heart out for the Irish and helped us beat USC two times during his tenure ! I hope he gets signed up as a GA at ND. I think Joe will make a heck of a coach one day ! Just like former linebacker, Coach Brian Kelly !!

And what about ND grad , Everett Golson? Any chance he gets picked up by an NFL team for their practice squad? He wasn't at the combine but how did his Pro Day pan out? Farley, Brown, Amir, Grace, and Shumate. What's the outlook on any of them?

Agreed on Brown and Okwara and best of luck to Joe Schmidt in his first step into the job market.

Believe if Romeo had another year he would be a draftable player. He's a classic Practice Squad guy for 1 year IMO.

If we are to believe in the Notre Dame 40 year plan that is often discussed as a recruiting selling point, then Joe and Everett should have very prosperous and successful professional careers in the private sector ahead of them.
