Crazy fun. The damn helmets are made to look like the old leather helmets, and the shoes are funky as hell. I like these but ONLY as a celebration of Rockne and his great teams. These are throw back unifroms on steroids.
I suggest that if we are going to go Rockne retro for this game, then let's go retro all the way. BK should walk the sidelines wearing the long sleeve gray sweatshirt with whistle and baseball pants that Rock so famously wore in photos. That would be a gas.
I love everything but the cleats. I understand what they were going for, but love everything else. Best jersey since the Under The Lights white with green numbers.
I know we have some brilliant techies in our community. Is there a way to post a picture of Rockne in his gray coaching sweats with BK's face? That would be hysterical and lighten this place up a little.
