co founder of the eagles died today according band members. loved there music from the 70s growing up as a teenager in the eighties. i'm shocked though him and his band mates have lived this long because in a two hour documentary done by HBO a couple of years ago they talked about how they were basically high all the time from snorting cocaine none stop

SAD,,,,He was born and raised in Detroit......RIP He would wear a Notre Dame t shirt so I think he was some sort of fan...

Tough couple of weeks for fans of rock.....Motorhead's Lemmy, David Bowie...now Glenn Frey...given the lifestyle, it's a miracle some of these guys live as long as they do. How does Keith Richards survive? I seriously doubt it's clean living....
