committed to USC today. This sucks that we will have to go against him in the coming years and is also why I am envious of USC when it comes to recruiting. How many schools with no current def coordinator, no defensive line coach and a head coach with less than 1 year of head coaching experience pulls in a 5 star guy like this? Oh well, just gotta keep getting top notch o-linemen.

he is a great player D_Master but i'm not too worried about our irish playing him with the stud o-line guys that were bringing in and with the o-line coach that we have. I would've been worried big time for our irish playing a guy like him under coach Charlie weis but not under Kelly. it also goes both ways D_Master as they'll have to play against 5 star GA DE Robert Beal when he gets to south bend and Beal's junior highlights are sick as he has a lot of power to go with great speed coming off the edge
Nothing wrong with the quality of education available at USC, and absolutely nothing wrong with choosing the school with or without all the coaches known. I would fully expect and want this for ND if we were discussing a local Indiana talent who had followed the team most his life. Really hoped Betiku would come our way, but it was apparent for a while now that he was not going to leave the State, or even the general neighborhood. Hope Beal stays the course and proves to be a more dominant player.
