1. Watching lots of football today, and it's nice to see real kickoffs, as opposed to the ridiculous 'kickoffs' they now do in the NFL.

2. As boring as Todd Blackledge is, stlll miles ahead of Tom Brady as an analyst.

3. Give Army credit for one thing: their gold pants is what gold should look like, not the 'mustard' gold that we normally wear. Love tonight's uniforms though.

4. They showed a graphic of the teams we beat after that ugly Northern Illinois loss. Seriously weak schedule. But I still think we're a top 12 team, and deserve to be in the playoffs.

Golson will defend this almighty schedule. But really, there’s no true power houses this year. Kansas with back to back top 10/20 win, UF doing the same, Vandy beating Bama. What constitutes a good schedule this year?

Golson promotes a pro Notre Dame narrative. Nothing wrong with that.

With a 12 team playoff and likely a 14 team playoff on the way, the importance of scheduling is dramatically reduced. Just get in any way you can and we'll see who is the best.

A&M on the road ND only top 10 to win at College station in the past 5 years SEC is 0-6 Quality Win

Lville 3 of 4 losses were to top 10 teams all by 1 score ND, Miami SMU (Stanford was a stinker) quality win
Ga Tech 7-4 beat Miami Quality Win

Navy came in 7-0 with a healthy QB while their schedule was easy they were dominating opp's & beat Mempis by double digits who is 9-2. Blowout victory Quality Win

Army was 9-0 had a week off, everything to gain nothing to lose. Their biggest game in 80 years and we blew the doors off them Quality win

Stanford 49-7, FSU 52-3 Purdue 66-7 all bad teams but we beat them in blowout style.

Virginia 35 -7 (14 with garbage td) & Miami Oh who is leading the MAC 28-3 not great teams but games were close.
