  • Seeing the game at the practice field was bit strange.
  • Golson and Zaire both showed that they have a ways to go. Both showed some progress and showed that they would be capable of leading the Fighting Irish. Golson looks a to be a little more polished but, Zaire shows that he is making good progress.
  • The offensive line should be the strength of this team. With the runningbacks on this team the running game should be the strongest it has been in awhile.
  • Prosise could be a very interesting back, big, strong and fast. Still has some work to do.
Folston should again be the bell cow back.
Bryant with all his physical ability needs to step up this season.
  • Wide out position is very deep and very talented. If the running game does what it should this group should produce big plays consistently.
  • Defensive has a ways to go but talent is there. Getting the system down and communicating better will be huge
  • The D-line will need to grow and develop depth.
  • Linebackers are deep and must play to capabilities. Smith needs to be the dominate defensive player he shown glimpses of.
  • D-backs are very athletic bringing in Lyght could be the difference.
  • There is plenty to optimistic about this is a very talented team. They look to be physically conditioned well, they appear to be growing in the system. If the boys can stay healthy, avoiding the injury bug that hit last year, it will be an exciting season.
  • ONWARD TO VICTORY.
