I get that Freeman trusts him b/c they go way back - but I thought a key requirement of any hire for the position was going to be extensive play calling experience.

Neal Brown, the HC at WVU, is the one that calls the plays and runs the offense. Do u think he will be a Co-OC with Gino?

Also heard that after the Stanford loss that MF told TR and HH that that kind of offensive showing is unacceptable and that further split the divide between those 3 coaches. And that’s when Parker had a little more input? Rumors are rumors, but this all kind of makes sense.
