Ok. The Irish are up against it. They have to be smart without becoming too vanilla, and they need to keep attacking. Prosise has shown the desire to run the ball up the gut or outside as needed, fighting for every yard.
However, the Irish can't afford to lose him or have him worn down. I would like to see his up the gut carries reduced, with more attention to getting him outside on toss or fly sweeps. Of course to make this strategy some kind of counter action is needed from time to time, maybe inside screens would do the trick or flanker reverses and so on. I just think the Irish have to work more to the perimeter.
A thought about G. Tech. A key will be limiting them to short gains on first and second down. Keeping them in 3rd and long increases NDs chances. Too bad we don't have a weaker team to give Kizer a chance to settle in, but it is what it is.
