You also need the mods to be more like handlers on here. You can't leave all the dogs alone in that glass cage thing and then come back and hose them all down because they're out of control. You have to stay in there and be that shepherd. Pretty sure the mods have given up on being thread shepherds and have become like the reactionary parents who leave the kids alone only to come home late, find the TV at full blast, the dog eating off dishes on the floor and part of the staircase broken because brother and sister got into a fight while they were gone.
