Excuse me if this has been discussed before. Was listening to a local sports show here in Lexington, KY and they were talking about the disparity in player stipends in the SEC. Tennessee was highest with about $5000 per year and UK actually brought up the rear at about $2200. I was wondering what ND pays it's student athletes and what determines how much a school can pay them. Is there a cap?
