Nowhere close. If you read the PSU boards, many will tell you that the PSU WR room is their main weakness.

Wallace is a good wr. And the young kid Evans is developing into a deep threat. Outside of those 2, very mediocre imo. The young tight end is stating to play more. He's going to be good

IMO there isn't a Penn State wideout that would have started at USC.
