OT: What do you consider to be your 'era' of music?

I'm gonna say for me it was '91 - '95, high school and thereafter. New Jack Swing and Grunge era 'alternative.' Anything (producer) Teddy Riley touched and PJ, Toad The Wet Sprocket and Counting Crows were probably my 'go to' bands back then. Apologies in advance to 'Grizz.'
