I used to live in that neighborhood, did some teaching gigs that way, rode the bus on Vermont street saw the Collisum everyday on my way to work. Neighborhood around the school is rough, but if you use good common sense your ok. There are areas not far from ND that aren't much better.

Honestly, I hope they do it. ND vs USC is one of my favorite games in college football. I hate USC and love to see the Irish win.
