Is it me or is this show confusing and borderline awful? I am going to finish the rest of the series due to the fact I have already watched thru episode 4. Every cop either is a drunk, drug user, or has serious issues which is just ridiculous. The storyline is confusing. So are they trying to find the girl and whoever killed the one guy?
It seems like everything is over the top. I mean the mayor is an alcoholic and druggie and doesn't hide it. There's no respect authority.
