Big noon rising: FOX topping CFB charts
Move over SEC on CBS and ABC Saturday Night Football, FOX "Big Noon Saturday" is staking its claim as college football's top ratings draw.

I remember posters complaining about how FOX was disrespecting Notre Dame by putting their game with Wisconsin on at 12:00 Noon. I and others explained that they were not disrespecting Notre Dame. That starting last year, FOX made a decision to always put their best game on at noon.
Per the linked article, it looks like it was a very good business decision:
After years of the SEC on CBS and ABC’s Saturday Night Football staking a claim as college football’s premier window, FOX “Big Noon Saturday” may well have its own argument.....FOX said this week that its “Big Noon Saturday” window is averaging more viewers (5.20M) than any other college football telecast.
I also note in the article that NBC pulled a 1.1 and 1.86 million for Navy-Notre Dame, making it its least-watched Notre Dame game since the 2019 finale against Boston College (1.66M).
Again, hasn't Notre Dame paid its debt to Navy. I certainly did not miss Notre Dame not playing Navy in 2020. I would have no problem if ND never played Navy. It certainly has never been "must watch television" for me.
