OT Judge Thomas Hardiman?

Is there anyone on this board who graduated ND with judge Thomas Hardiman ? According to the news rhat I just heard, He seems to be President Trump's pick for the Supreme Court ?

Depends on which Boss ? There seem to be good number of them trying to take over the number 1 spot.
That aside, It would really be interesting to hear from someone who actually graduated with him and knew him when he was a student at ND ?
Also it should certainly be a topic of interest to all Domers to have one of their graduates be appointed to the SC ?

I also like Pryer, all Catholic education and a strong , right to lifer. Don't know too much about the other possible candidate, but right now according to all the news that I have heard, It will be the ND grad who also graduated Georgetown Law .

I was thinking the same thing, but then again, as I expressed on other treads and based upon some of Fr. Jenkins actions, My complete faith in ND has also be shaken !
That is why my preference it Judge Pryer, but the news seems to be saying Judge Hardiman !
Whomever the President picks, I hope that he is more conservative than Justice Roberts, whom, President Bush picked.

I tried to find out all I could about the three final candidates. Just to be considered is just a wonderful and great achievement I Gorsuch is just outstanding ,and I think he will be a realy great justice.
It is also very possible, that President Trump may be able to fill two more positions on the Top Court,
so Thomas Hardiman still may eventually be the next one ?
I also understand that Justice Thomas Hardiman has two of his children attending ND,
and they should be extremely proud of their dad.

Hardiman is a good man but too close to the center for Trump. His time may have passed. Pryor may be next.

Pryor was my favorite going in, but I liked all three. Hardiman is on the court with one of President Trumps
relatives ( also a judge ) so Hardiman may still be high on the list?
