my daughter has staph scalded skin right now. Came down with it on Sunday. I am out of town which makes it tough to interpret my wife's emotional translation. I did research on it last night and it seemed like, although miserable for my daughter, nothing to worry about.
However, today they are admitting her to Children's in downtown Dallas and then they are moving her to Parkland's burn unit. Starting to sound serious to me.
By the way, she is allergic to penicillin. How much should I worry? Looking to get home as soon as possible.
