No he's not. Every single coach that coached under BK had at least one other coach they coached under. And so that's the coaching tree they belong to. Brian Kelly has nothing, it's a barren wasteland. Just imagine a world in which there's no plant life, no trees, no shrubs - nothing. That's BK's coaching tree. Just a fathomless void. Though actually now that you mention it, I'm not sure Chuck Martin has coached under anyone else. He's either coached directly under BK as an asst., or been a HC himself his entire coaching career. He might by unavoidable default be the only sprig, shall we say, on the proverbial BK coaching tree.
