Must be a sign of the times for a 25 year old NFL player to step away from the game. Anthony Davis said on Rapoport,"I'm simply doing what's best for my body as well as my mental health at this time in my life."
Davis, a 6 year veteran, experienced a concussion during this past NFL season. He was an 1st round draft pick(11th) from Rutgers University and Piscataway High School in New Jersey. When you think of it Anthony has been playing football since he was 9 years old, so not so unbelievable of a story.
Now, I don't feel so bad as a 62 semi-retiree. Huff..Puff..
