As @Eric Hansen reported last week, Notre Dame is interested in recruiting USC WR CJ Williams as a transfer.
Williams, you may remember, was a Notre Dame commit until flipping late in the process to USC.
Williams made a visit to Wisconsin last week and it seemed like maybe he would only make one visit and choose the Badgers. That's not the case.
After visiting Wisconsin, we've learned that Williams then visited West Virginia last weekend. Now Notre Dame is working to get him on campus this coming weekend.
That interest has been reciprocated, but the visit details haven't been finalized and a flight hasn't been booked. It's likely Williams visits, but other schools would like to get him on campus too.
Visits cannot occur until Friday because of the current dead period. Williams plans to enroll at his next school for the spring semester, so the window to make that happens gets smaller by the day.
Williams was an early enrollee at USC. He played in 10 games as a freshman and caught four passes for 34 yards.
