These three coaches might be three of the best at their jobs in the sport right now. Notre Dame should have a campaign out right now advertising these coaches recent accomplishments, especially talking up the player development angle.
I wouldn't let an ND target on the recruiting trail go about their business not knowing how strong the Marcus Freeman Al Golden Mike Denbrock trio at ND is. There's now a lot of good data/evidence out there that indicates these are some of the very top coaches in the game.
Not to mention the other great coaches on the staff like Mickens (DBs), Washington (DL), McCullough (RB), and Rudolph (OL)
These coaches will develop you better than anybody else in the country and maximize your talents. Every recruit should know it. Then back it up with a top 5 NIL budget in the range of $20M on the recruiting trail.
ND would then have the building blocks for another Lou Holtz era like run.
