Went to counseling at the advice of the woman who allegedly coerced him to have sex with her daughter? Counselor allegedly tried to force him to convert to Catholicism?
.........and of course, the story can't be complete without some members of the basketball and football team allegedly involved.
Bizarre story and hope none of it is true.

Please read the article closely. It doesn't seem like Louisville at all. It seems (from what little we know) that the mother might have wanted her daughter to be dating an athlete, so she did what she could to make that happen. The athlete felt harassed so he filed the suit.
I read story again my bad it is Friday I had few drinks I read it wrong at first as a
woman making the accusation definitely strange story
a bs suit or not i'm sure that desmond Michigan homer will be all over this talking nonstop about it on gameday Saturday morning
I've been reading what a lot of other irish fans are saying about this on other irish boards and the one thing that makes this suit seem bs is that the student that filed the charges is saying that nd admin new about this and did nothing to stop it. I find it hard to believe that nd admin would let something like this to continue and just turn there heads after all the university went through with the frozen five scandal

Some people just want to jump to conclusions immediately. Ever heard of innocent until proven guilty? This wreaks of a Michigan fan working at the school. This gets filed the day before ND is on gameday. Smells like BS.

eric Hansen just tweeted a statement sent to him by an admin i'm guessing and part of the statement says that this allegation nothing more than a cynical attempt to attract publicity. you can read the whole statement on Hansen's twitter page

Too many cleat chasers out there trying to make a name. We have to remember the law, innocent until proven guilty. And yes that means I think Shameus Winston was innocent in this regard.
