I'm able to confirm that Ann Arbor (Mich.) Skyline five-star linebacker Daelin Hayes will take an official visit to Notre Dame the weekend of Oct. 17 for the USC game. Hayes, who is committed to the Trojans, said last week that the plan was to set a date, and that's exactly what he did on Sunday.
The 6-3, 254-pound linebacker is ranked as the No. 13 overall prospect in the country by Rivals.com. He added that there's a chance he might take an unofficial visit for the Texas game this upcoming weekend, but nothing has been set.
