Good comps. The Kyren comps get a bit overdone as he is somewhat recent and a great story, but that is exactly who immediately comes to mind. Really powerful leg drive to run through tackles, plants hard and makes sharp cuts, excellent vision and instincts, very good football speed, and known as excellent blocker. Huge upgrade over Anderson as you suggest, and not even close imo.

We should have gone after Nate Sheppard, but this guy seems good too. We definitely needed another RB.

Totally agree. I’ve been surprised that Aneyas looks as thick as he does. Maybe needed because he is apparently our best blocking back.
