Westerville (Ohio) South cornerback Marcus Williamson tweeted Wednesday that Notre Dame had offered him a scholarship. Williamson, who is committed to Ohio State, was named to the initial Rivals100 for the class of 2017 last month. He gave a pledge to the Buckeyes back on April 18.
