Notre Dame has extended a scholarship offer to Grand Prairie (Texas) South four-star athlete Jeffrey Okudah. Okudah, who was named to the initial Rivals100 for the class of 2017, holds scholarship offers from over 25 schools. He has already been invited to play in the U.S. Army All-American Game.
