The ND offense has become rather stale really quick.
Louisville showed the world how easy it is to stop and our OC/QB showed the world they won't change no matter what.

OC;
Some under center play action passing wins the Louisville game. We did absolutely nothing to keep their back 7 honest. NOTHING.
We've played some lousy defensive teams and just over power them in the run game.
When decent teams bring the back seven up we're in trouble. We do nothing to even show a threat to back them off.

QB;
Virtually every intercepted pass he threw is off the back foot. Hell nearly every pass he throws isn't stepped into.

Throwing off his back foot. Is this from five prevuous years of throwing in a tight pocket unable to step into the throws or is this just him? Either way it's wrong.

SH has been better than some of our QB's but he is still not the down the field arm we desperately need. Or at least he isn't throwing it down field enough. By design or that's just who he is.

Nobody ever gives credit to the opposing defense and staff’.
ND’s QB did a good job.

I've found moving the pocket and sprinkling tempo to be easy ways to stay within scheme and ignite a struggling O.
