More than likely the Gator Bowl assuming ND beats USC. The media will jump all over this one.
Sounds good or Michigan if they falter Saturday and ND wins!More than likely the Gator Bowl assuming ND beats USC. The media will jump all over this one.
No chance. I don’t think either school would want it. Fans and media, yes….More than likely the Gator Bowl assuming ND beats USC. The media will jump all over this one.
Independent of the Kelly angle there is not much to this matchup … ND and LSU have played several 2nd tier bowl games already. I would also not expect Foskey, Mayer and others to he suiting up, and probably same for any LSU draft prospects - and I’m fine with that. They shouldn’t risk injury and they can make way for younger guys ti practice and play. You might be surprised to hear me say this but it’s time for NDNation to move on from BK. It’s reminiscent of the obsession with Urban Meyer after he (sort of) spurned ND and went to Florida.BK haters are getting their courage back. Now they want a piece of LSU. If we get our ass kicked by USC they'll scurry back under the sofa.....
Our players definitely wouldNo chance. I don’t think either school would want it. Fans and media, yes….
Agree….players would for sure. Our players definitely would
I'm not into the bowl projection business. I hate the bowls, and pointedly ignore anything to with the format, and who gets to play in what stupid bowl based on conference alignment or whatnot. And try to be willfully ignorant. But at a glance a 9-3 or even 8-4 ND team vs a 10-3 or 9-4 LSU team seems reasonable enough in terms of a competitive matchup. And the dramatic storylines obviously write themselves on that one.Independent of the Kelly angle there is not much to this matchup … ND and LSU have played several 2nd tier bowl games already. No they wouldn't want it. That's merely one of this boards most toxic, truly awful BK haters, and probably one of the most pathetic 'fans' across the entire ND fan universe, taking it upon himself to speak for the players, and say that yeah, all the players would, apparently, love to have the chance to stick it to BK, on account of all the hostility and ill will they bear him. This coach that recruited them, every last one of them, without whom none of them would even be at ND. The coach that led them, every single last one of them to fantastic team and personal success, to whom they owe, in a sense, everything that their life has become thus far since leaving home and becoming young men.Agree….players would for sure.
Also agree on NY6 game, if we beat USC.
Another intriguing matchup would be vs Cinci.
WeirdoNo they wouldn't want it. Think of how effed up that is, how effed up you'd have to be to even suggest something like that. And remember that every time this guy gives his opinion on anything. And that's the kind of person you're dealing with.
Again, to repeat, think of how poisonous a soul you would have to have to even have that thought cross your mind. So no, I don't think the players are going to be fired up to take revenge on BK. That's only a dark fantasy for sick-o BK haters....
You're the weirdo, dude. In fact you're considerably worse than a weirdo. A true-blue, truly toxic fan who is an absolute cancer to the fanbase.Weirdo
4-4-3 and Savvy are the two posters I no longer read one word they say.Weirdo
Agree. If LSU finishes 10-2, NY6 is a high possibility no matter what happens in SEC title game.Unless LSU gets their doors blown off by UGA, they’ll be in an NY6 bowl.
Smart. I dont read 443. And I skip through savvy. I laugh at him a lot4-4-3 and Savvy are the two posters I no longer read one word they say.
Well, your affection for BK is completely phony. It's merely your ghoulish teacher's pet persona that you've been honing on this site, and repulsing people with for 20 years now. If it suited you to turn against BK for whatever reason you would probably do it. But It would go against your preposterously sycophantic brand that you've built all these years so you don't....4-4-3 and Savvy are the two posters I no longer read one word they say.
I don’t block posters but I blocked savvy. He/she is like talking to a nasty ho.4-4-3 and Savvy are the two posters I no longer read one word they say.
You are doing the same thing dummy. How do you know they don't want a piece of the guy that left them high and dry......and I had zero problem with him doing so.You're the weirdo, dude. In fact you're considerably worse than a weirdo. A true-blue, truly toxic fan who is an absolute cancer to the fanbase.
And you are out of effin' line to speak that way. You speaking for yourself is bad enough, you speaking for the team in that way is unacceptable.....
4-4-3 I lost patience for when he said Marcus Freeman would be better off as a social worker. I'm done with him.I don’t block posters but I blocked savvy. He/she is like talking to a nasty ho.
443 brings a lot of data to the threads.
ngl i skip through most of his posts and didn’t see that one. kinda glad..4-4-3 I lost patience for when he said Marcus Freeman would be better off as a social worker. I'm done with him.
We wouldn't have earned one.If we beat SC, we're going to be wanting a NY6 game
We would have earned it with a win for sureWe wouldn't have earned one.
Nobody is obsessed with Brian Kelly and certainly not to the extent they are with Urban Meyer (you know the guy whose won multi national titles and recruited #1 classes at his various stops).Independent of the Kelly angle there is not much to this matchup … ND and LSU have played several 2nd tier bowl games already. Not true, beating the # 4 ranked team AND the # 5 ranked team should get you a seat at the table !We wouldn't have earned one.
Dude, you used to rip into BK mercilessly. You were one of the worst possible haters on this board. At least you were kind of intellectual about it, always armed with all your stats and analytics, and applying them to all his various failings. And god damn did you whine and cry. You outright whined and mewled about how BK needed to be fired, that ND owed it to itself, with the most over the top, woe is me rhetoric....Nobody is obsessed with Brian Kelly and certainly not to the extent they are with Urban Meyer (you know the guy whose won multi national titles and recruited #1 classes at his various stops).
Kelly won dickie mcgeezaks here at notre dame. I'm thrilled he's gone. When is the last time ND had a top 5 class this late into the cycle? Certainly not during the BK era.
would be a great story and matchup! hope it happens!More than likely the Gator Bowl assuming ND beats USC. The media will jump all over this one.
Not with three losses. Not true, beating the # 4 ranked team AND the # 5 ranked team should get you a seat at the table !
Shhhhhhhh….the grownups are trying to have a discussion.Dude, you used to rip into BK mercilessly. You were one of the worst possible haters on this board. You weren't quite as bad as the Canadian troll weirdo, whoever that guy was. That guy would practically bring himself to tears he wanted BK fired so bad. And all this smack dab in the middle of our playoff run with multiple undefeated regular seasons for the first time in a generation....
And now you won't shut up about how under-appreciated BK was Did you finally see the light, is that what this is all about? Good lord....
Yea the Marshall and Stanford losses kill us. The Stanford loss hurts the most because it was in the middle of the season. The team appears to be clicking, it’s just a little too late I think. Not with three losses.
Beating #4 and #5 is only telling half the story.
Maybe BK can be in the halftime show; showing off his dance moves and singing with his new found cajun accentNot with three losses.

Looks like you have both of Brian Kelly's nuts in your mouthBK haters are getting their courage back. Now they want a piece of LSU. If we get our ass kicked by USC they'll scurry back under the sofa.....
Ouch!Looks like you have both of Brian Kelly's nuts in your mouth
If Marcus Freeman And Notre Dame beat Alabama this season, this place would have rightfully been ecstatic. And it would have meant a whole whole lot.I bear BK no ill will
He go ND back to where it was a contender if not a championship program
Now his record in big games is what killed him here
As regards beating Alabama? This year that means nothing.
Sort of like beating Clemson without Lawrence did not mean much.
USC is not going to kick ND’s ass. Expect a lower scoring than expected game. Best guess now here is winner has 35.Looks like you have both of Brian Kelly's nuts in your mouth
College football in 2022 where 35 is considered a lower scoring game. I’ll buy the 35 and a 35-31 ND win. love this rivalry game above all others, and like being the underdog here. Go ☘️USC is not going to kick ND’s ass. Expect a lower scoring than expected game. Best guess now here is winner has 35.
BS.If Marcus Freeman And Notre Dame beat Alabama this season, this place would have rightfully been ecstatic. And it would have meant a whole whole lot.
