Would it be a given if Penn St. loses to Oregon ND moves up the 5 seed? I think their path to the semi-finals and even finals would be easier if it did. Regardless in order to be the best you have to beat the best but I think their path would be a bit easier if they were the 5th seed. Anyone else have any thoughts?
