Just thinking out loud here...
Even if an offensive line is great, most defenses can take away the run if they want. We know that puts a lot of pressure on the secondary. ND has enough talent at WR to beat a good/decent team that sells out against the run, but not enough talent at WR and QB to beat a very good/elite team that does that. Should we be resigned to the fact that no matter how good NDs Oline recruiting is, without talent upgrades at WR and QB, we won't be able to beat the very good/elite teams?
