NCAA to Convene a Constitutional Convention

It may turn out more like Secession.

The redrafting convention will be led by a 22-person Constitution Review Committee, which will feature presidents, commissioners, athletics directors and students from Divisions I, II and III. Action on the changes is expected at the NCAA convention scheduled for January.
