I know it's only day one and players are not in pads, but here are some my thoughts:

1) This team has a lot of athletes at QB/RB/WR/TE/LB/DB

2) The Following FROSH caught my eyes:

A) Boykin - Big kid who is put together well and moves well for his size

B) Sanders - While he is not that big, this kid is an explosive player with the ball in his hands.

C) Dexter Williams - Really is explosive and is put together well.(Better then I thought he was)

D) Hoge - Has a Good frame and Size. He is built perfectly for an interior player on the OL

E) Winbush - While agree with COACHD that will need a lot of work on the finer points at the QB spot (Like Most FROSH QB's do) and too many folks expect him to be an impact player as a FROSH (That is just asking too much for any FROSH QB), this kid has a strong arm, is a good athlete and is put together well. The future is bright for him!

D) Coney - I was really surprised how well he is put together. While he is not that tall (6 FT), he is built like a college JR and looks to be a really strong kid!

E) Aston White - I was really impressed how well he is put together (Has really strong and athletic legs) and I liked his athleticism

F) Nick Coleman - Is a good athlete and while he is still lean, he has a good frame that will allow him to get bigger.

G) Brandon Tiassum - While he needs a lot of S&C work and will need a few years to develop as a player (He is really raw), he has a good frame and moves well for his size.

H) Yoon - This kid has a STRONG LEG, the ball really explodes when he kicks it

I) Bilal - Really good looking athlete, who moves well and while he is lean (He will need time to get bigger/stronger), he has a nice frame to add weight.

J) Barajas - Agree with COACHD in that he needs to drop some weight, but this is a strong kid, who has a size/frame to fit in perfectly (After some spending some time with the S&C staff) at an ILB spot.

K) Crawford - This kid has all the skills (Except for size) that is need to excel at the CB spot

3) The Following NON FROSH caught my eyes:

A) Brent, While he has to be more focused on football/school, he looked, big, explosive and natural carrying the ball.

B) Hunter - Looks healthy (He moving well) and showed explosiveness and great hands.

C) Prosise - Kid looks like a Thoroughbred and is explosive with the ball in his hands.

D) Kizer - Looked more comfortable when in the pocket. Also, showed good thleticism for his size. Do not count him out yet as the NBR-2 QB this year!

E) Malik - While he was a little off very early on, he looks great physically and made some real nice passes as the practice went on.

F) Russell - While he was a bit rusty at times (His timing was off - Which is understandable because he missed a year), he looks great physically and will just need time to get back into the swing of things.

G) Jaylon - Kid looks like a stallion and moves like a skill position player. If he is used right (Played more on the outside), this kid can be one of the top LB's in the US!

H) Rochell - Looks like he has gotten quicker and still kept his size. IMO, he has a chance (If used right - He should be a DT and Day should moved to SDE) to be our best DL!
