Does Brey coach the team NOT to try and get offensive rebounds? I mean as soon as the shot goes up the other players are turning and going back on D. I know this has been the MO for years but was really hoping it might change.

There is talent on the team....just think the team needs a new voice. MB has taken ND as far as he can. He has done an outstanding job, but time to step down and let someone else take the reigns.
