The not kneeling call has to be the worst I’ve ever seen. The 10 men debacle was awful, but what Cristobal did would be the equivalent of Freeman purposely putting 10 on the field, rather than just being horribly negligent

It's strange how the thinking changes when there are 60 seconds left in the game instead of 6. The win probability is about the same but fans forgive coaches who dick around with one minute left. Some probably believe there is an honor code that forbids you to kneel out the ball and let the other team get it for one last play.

Actually Rees or Saban screwed it up last Saturday too. They threw an incomplete pass when kneeling ends the game effectively.

He made the same mistake at Oregon and it cost them the game. Why risk it when you can kneel and automatically win? He obviously didn’t learn his lesson.
