Madden Faraimo is IRISH

Love a nice composite 4.5 star at any position (but LB is stacked to the gills).

LB under Freeman/Golden is the new OL under Kelly/Heistand

Wish it was a 4.5 star at WR or Edge

His Uncle Chuck and I were teammates. I lasted talked to him about 3 weeks ago. He said Max absolutely loves where he's at and the entire culture at ND. Hope they can keep him. He's a rising star in the coaching world.
I seem to recall that there was a long list of Bulloughs who played for Michigan St.

Great job staff!! This a huge get

He’s going to enter the rotation next year like kva did this year due to Kiser leaving. If there’s a transfer he could get more pt

That is interesting. I have watched a couple of interviews of Coach Bullough and really liked what I heard. Our LB play has been really good this year, so he is doing a nice job. As you note, hope we can keep him for at least a few more years, but I suspect he has a bright future with bigger things ahead of him on the horizon.

Massive. All Madden Team for sure when you look at his pic.
From Madden's photo in this LA Times article (https://www.latimes.com/sports/highschool/story/2024-09-18/madden-faraimo-sondheimer), he cuts a pretty imposing figure. He and KVA look like two very tough hombres.

I find it interesting that ND being a faith-based school likely played a very important role in Madden's recruitment. Religious faith plays a very important role for many families in the Samoan culture, and I think that very well may have been an important part of the attraction to ND for Madden and his family. (I suppose his remark to MF that "I chose God" is pretty solid evidence of that.) I know ND's faith-based environment was an important aspect of why Manti Te`o ultimately chose ND.
