His dad brother and uncle are all Wyoming Cowboys and are/were tough hard nosed ass kickers. At the very least he will be a Steve Tasker on Special Teams.

Or Harrison Smith!
Smith was a different level type of athlete. It’s not easy to be the player of the year in a state like Tennessee that produces so many P5 athletes. Smith was a high jump champion and a decathlete in Tennessee and was also a very good student as well. If it’s 40 yard dash time with a little bit faster in the combine it would’ve been picked in the top 15 maybe even top 10 (safeties aren’t usually picked that high).

This kid also has done well in track although in Wyoming compared to Tennessee but he has the physical attributes to become something.

This kid's a walk-on? Wow, that's quite a consolation prize. According to his profile he's got several D-1 offers including an Utah offer. Maybe he's been told depending on things shake out numbers wise, that he'll get a scholarship. If I was a kid from Wyoming it would seem like a dream come true to play for Utah. They got a kick-ass football program, and Salt Lake is like the Paris of Rocky Mountains.....

Don't underestimate tough Cowboy kids. And he will laugh at the weather in South Bend.
And if any horses break loose on campus, they'll know who to call, to.

But seriously, sounds like a great pickup for a PWO.

I was assuming the same thing because he seems too good to be a walk on player especially when he has some very nice offers from some good programs.
