Lou Holtz Sums Up Excellence, Life Goals and Hope

Any comments on the season, Mr. 8-4?
Yes, great job by the assistants who assumed everything Kelly can't do. Do to Swarbrick's intervention, Kelly had to make a change. So he outsourced his responsibilities. Good. He's still not a leader. You may hope he is, but there is nothing that supports that. Kelly is marginalized and that is to the benefit of the program and the success of the team. The team is what counts, not the head coach. He's still a putz.

And you are still a moron.

You didn't have to put on a Halloween costume since you already wear the tin foil hat.

Shame that people taking knees don’t follow Lou’s message and work in their communities to spread
Lou’s message as well !

One of the most vulnerable in our communities, through no fault of their own, are Foster Kids. Wonderful to hear Josh Adams talk about his involvement and commitment to mentoring these kids through one of his ND classes. This kid is a GREAT spokesperson for all that ND stands for. I want him to win the Hesiman just to get him on the national stage and show young football players and their parents the kind of young man that ND graduates.

Yes, Josh is a fine young man and a credit to ND.

I don't expect him to get much love from the Heisman Voters but if he gets close to 2000 yards against the SOS ND plays he will be hard to ignore. I know, that is just over 200 yards per game, but doable.

Yikes.......! What would BK have to do for you to admit you are wrong?

Like some liberals I know, no matter what a republican does, it is the worst thing ever..... even if it is traditionally a left-aligned thought, because he has an 'R' next to his/her name..... they can't be right...... Same way the other way around as well. People just have a hard time admitting they were/are wrong.

Why? Just why do posters make things political? The world isn't liberal and conservative. Do better.

You are looking too far into it..... my point is that when someone dislike someone or something, no matter what they do, it is almost impossible to change their feelings. Most common example of that is in politics but it happens with coaches and teams as well.

You're right. Some conservatives I know, no matter what a Democrat does, it is the worst thing ever..... even if it is traditionally a right-aligned thought, because he has an 'D' next to his/her name..... they can't be right

Happens all the time.... instead of thinking for themselves they let their party think for them.
