Read with interest that a new message board is coming our way--that's great. As one that has implemented such to a different group in a different industry, I'd advise the staff to get ready for a few whiners that will bitch about this for awhile, even after they start to get it and like it.
Have patience, figure it out, and just remember the board was 10 year old technology and we have to move forward--it has more features, and even if it didn't, the a upgrade is necessary, not optional.
