Les Miles and LSU Idiots

Looks like there's a lot of heat on Miles and the $15 million buyout may take place. How stupid can they be?

The guy has a record at that school of 110-32 (.775). What more do they want? Lose a few games and the "fans" want you gone.

On Mike and Mike they covered this extensively and Golic had a lot of good points. He said "Be careful what you wish for. Your dream list is filled with guys that already have jobs. If they're offered they'll use that to get more money from the school which already employs them". Golic went on to reference what happened at Texas. He said he thinks Charlie Strong is a good coach, but don't be fooled thinking that was their first choice.

If LSU fire Miles they'll get their third or fourth choice and it won't be as good as what they have now. And, it will serve them right.

I'll be cheering even more against LSU if they fire him although I admit that he never seems to have a good offense.

What's really dumb is how LSU is going about this. LSU should be 8-3 but their game against an FCS school was cancelled. If they beat Texas A and M, that's 9-3 in the "almighty" SEC. Pretty good. You don't risking screwing up Miles' ability to recruit by making it seem like he doesn't have the administration's support. What if he blows A&M out and wins his bowl game? That's 3 out of 4 years with a 10-3 record and in 2011 they went 13-1 only losing in the national title game.

If you're going to fire him, do it if he loses to A&M. Arrogant a holes down there.

Great observation and SO TRUE. At one point Jimbo Fisher had 1 loss in 3 years and yet he still had a number of detractors! GO FIGURE!!!
