Michigan is already out of the picture, so you need not wait until December 5 to have all of these feelings of angst.

Pump beef I am a sometimes fan of your Andy Kauffman routine (maybe the only one), but you let me down here. Just not your best work.

Power 5 conference champs undefeated will and should be in the playoff. The ratings now are based on performance to date, not the future. Very hard to go undefeated. It is a pleasure to have ND in the conversation and if Irish win out there are a lot of talking heads who say they will stay in the top 4.

If Oklahoma wins out ND is done. The Texas games won't holdup against an OU season that includes wins over Baylor and OSU. I'm not sure it would have mattered if Stanford came in 10-1 that ND would be able to hold off Oklahoma's credentials

Here is the intangible.......If ND plays Oklahoma.......who wins? I really believe that the committee would believe ND wins that game.....It might just come down to that subjective, intangible point. Texas beat Oklahoma.....is that enough? Probably not if Okie wins out......That last spot is going to be a pain in the ass. My guess is that the committee cannot ignore the total beatdown ND put on Texas......and the loss that Okie had which was inexcusable....They should have beaten Texas and didn't....so it sucks to be you.....

I think ND gets the nod in that scenario.

I disagree. the committee has shown this week that it does matter. while I think OU is easily the best team in that conference I think the rest are vastly overrated. Oklahoma is the only one who plays any semblance of defense. a notre dame offense would easily put 40 plus on ok st, baylor or tcu. hell, I'd take usc over all three of them.

PB is just hoping ND gets screwed. Then, he'll say something akin to "Why can't we be more like Michigan"?

There are some real a'holes on this board lately, but you take the cake. Mommy must have neglected you as a youngster. Were you denied hind-tit?

The only ranking that means anything is the one following the Conference Championship Games. All else is meaningless.

I bet that makes you mad. You know, since you're such a huge Irish fan and all.

Disagree. Win and they are in.

As noted last night on the the reveal show... OU is seriously hindered in those wins because Baylor and TCU are playing with backup QBs and WR. Those wins will be judged as lesser and yes that Texas loss is a big deal.

Michigan got ripped off by the refs in the Utah game and the spartans, there is nothing they can do about it but the facts are correct regarding the final poll.mark my word......

Thanks for the biased view - MSU and Utah kicked your ass and Minn was robed on a clear TD - you have 3 losses really. 31-0 is just killing you and I love the tears - you wear those yellow stretchy Michigan Walmart pants?

He's the salesman at Walmart that sells Harbaugh all of his khakis.

LOL. A Michigan fan talking about getting ripped off. Michigan gave away the MSU game because of poor coaching and poor play. They lost the Utah game because Utah is better. They could very easily be a four loss team at this point. Enjoy your luck little skunk. I don't think Penn St. or OSU are going to have any mercy.

Your insolence is getting boring and I will ignore you and your boyfriend....

He reminds me a lot of Detroit Rock City and some of the other skunks that vanished after getting their arses kicked 31-0. No worries. With the next michigan loss, he will be gone.

Michigan got lucky against IU. The mystery pass interference on Iu's receiver cost them a td. That was a screwing. Michigan had no answer for Iu's running game either.
