I was hoping someone in the student section would pelt him in the face with an egg.
I'm sure that's a combination of our big words and your low IQ. Get back to delivering your pizzas.
The stadium was loud were I am sitting/standing. I don't want to hear about stadium atmosphere when so many Irish fans are willing to sell their tickets to visiting fans to make a buck and lose no sleep over it. Wait till the Georgia game. The atmosphere was just fine. I couldn't even hear the radio play by play on my headphones at times and the fans around me who were trying to talk had to basically yell. Like I said, that was in and around my section in the north end. We held up our part.
There was no "fire Kelly" chants but there was a short lived chant about bringing back Kizer in the game. Uncalled for. MZ is a student at ND too.
I had excessive gas! (instead of yelling; I had the grandchildren, so shouting and cursing were not allowed)
(Oh, the children were not allowed to watch, did not want Kelly to frighten them!)
I disagree, I think the fans were great considering and made a lot of noise. I didn't hear any boos but I think most fans are just done and don't care now. The stadium will be half empty for the remaining games.
Full stadium. No Boos. The north end zone is always louder with the student section. I was 50 yard line 46 rows up. Very quiet. But we have nothing to cheer for. More Cubs talk in my section. Just a very vanilla day with a were going to lose attitude.
Should be that both ND and Stanford suck, not sucks. Us fans? Should be "we" fans. That's all I got? Should be that's all I have. If one posts, proper use of the language should be a rule
First, recruiting is never irrelevant.
I was in the second to last row in the north end zone. First half seemed like a typical ND game. In fact, people were getting pretty excited that our defense was making a few plays. Right from the pick six in the fist two minutes, the second half atmosphere was congruent with the second half play. Even when we were still winning 10-7 and 10-9, the place felt like we were getting blown out. Watching that offense look so bad, watching a defense that got obliterated two weeks in a row just blow up our oline play after play was just too much to take. 12 months ago, you put us in that same situation and 90% of the crowd BELIEVES we will drive down the field and score and get the game to OT. Saturday it might have been 25%. You could just feel it.
