Massive = slow. ND needs speed at rb.

That's a silly generalization.

You have guys like Fournette that run 4.50 at 240+
(and Adams is nowhere near 240)

It really depends on your body type and skill set, though "break-away long speed" is really not that important for an RB (or at least it gets FAR too much attention)

Acceleration, vision, balance, power, quickness, agility, etc. are all more important than long-speed at the RB position

If you're talking about WR, CB, or even S....that can be a bit of a different story
 
On this site or other sites covering ND football. He was talking to team mates about leadership. I'm sure you can learn to navigate the internet for said video.

It was a legit question. In past years we've had more people sharing links. The last couple years it seems like Spring and Fall Camps have had more limited access. I thought you were referring to practice video from this Spring, which I haven't found much of on my own. I was hopeful.
