Josh Adams Named To Doak Walker Award Watch List

Josh Adams has been named to the watch list for the award that goes to the nation's top back. Adams is one of 61 backs on the list, and Notre Dame will face 5 fellow nominees in the first four games.

Adams is fourth all-time in ND history with 1,768 yards after two seasons, but his YPC (6.42) blows away the next closest player, which happens to be his position coach Autry Denson (5.55).

Big things are expected from the junior this season.
